Shane Steichen wife Nina Steichen studied communication and media studies at Nevada University. Nina is from El Dorado Hills, California.
Shane joined as the Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator in 2021. With him in charge of the offense, the Eagles ranked as the NFL’s rushing yards leader with an explosive 2,715 yards completed and 25 rushing touchdowns.
The 37-year-old coach also helped in the growth of star players: Jalen Hurts, the Philadelphia quarterback, and DeVonta Smith, the wide receiver.
Steichen was raised in Sacramento and studied at Oak Ridge High School. Later, he went to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Nina met her hubby Shane at the University of Nevada- Las Vegas, where they studied. Their romance blossomed from there.

Per her LinkedIn, Nina worked as the Assistant event manager for MKTG Inc from January 2011 to March 2013. There, she was responsible for managing the promotional models and ensuring that the reporting was accurate and timely in the Salesforce database.
From March 2010 to November 2010, Nina worked as the VIP Waitress for the Light Group. She was active in the Las Vegas area and labored as a Cabana Host and Waitress. She was also a cocktail waitress in the Blue Martini organization from September 2009 to March 2010.
Nina was the Brand Ambassador for TEAM Enterprises for two years, from 2008 to 2010. There, she delivered brand messaging and executed experimental marketing promotions.

Nina is part of the Team Football family team, where each member has the goal of collecting money separately for the Foundation.
Steichen also volunteered at the Browns Woman’s Organization (BWO) for 11 months, from March 2013 to January 2014. At BWO, she assisted in the community outreach efforts for breast illnesses, providing special care for needy kids and hunger relief support.
She is also interested in the Cleveland Clinic, a non-profit organization providing healthcare facilities for various demographics and illnesses.

Stella Steichen is the youngest child, born in March 2020 in California.
