Shane Jerome, a stuntman, was wounded with a knife near Brixton Tube station.
On July 21, 2021, he was fatally knifed while performing stunts for a rap video.

At 8.45 p.m. last night, emergency personnel declared him dead on the site.

Shane Jerome was murdered by a teen called Brandon Aldon McNeil, 18 after a performer was hired to undertake stunts in a music video.

Brandon stabbed Shane to death near Brixton station in south London with a knife. Last week, an incident occurred on Brixton High Street while recording a rap video.

The 18-year-old was charged with murder and attempted murder in a private setting, as well as possessing an offensive weapon.

Seleka Gathercole paid tribute to her lover, 23-year-old Shane Jerome, who was attacked near Brixton underground station on Wednesday evening.

She uploaded images of the couple in happier times, including their tattoos with each other’s names, on Instagram.

Seleka wrote on Facebook: “My baby. My heart’s completely torn in two.

“I will never ever ever get over the loss of you, you mean more to me than I could ever explain, I’m struggling to even cope.”

She added: “Please no one contact me I want my space.”
