I can really recommend Jemal Hussein of Simien Park Tours who provided a 2 nights/3 day trek in Simiens.
All arrangements went well and we had 3 course meals cooked for us at the campsite on both nights.
We all had a brilliant time even though for some of us walking at 4,000 metres was hard work.
The views are amongst the most stunning we have seen in our lives.
I highly recommend the Simiens and it was one of the best trips.
