SBV: Amit Raizada Racist Allegations

Rick Fox, the co-owner of the esports team, has sued his business associates Amit Raizada and Stratton Sclavos, charging fraud and defamation in conjunction with the earlier racist allegations.

Raizada is suspected of abusing Echo Fox’s venture capital revenue to finance Sclavos a $35,000 income and pay the lease on his $20,000-per month Beverly Hills home.

They also made it possible to remove a limited partner through a shareholder meeting instead of a judge’s order, leading to Rick Fox’s resignation in an August vote, leaving on October 21st.

Fox also believes that Raizada has discriminated against him after bringing up Raizada’s racial comments about ex-CEO Jace Hall.

Echo Fox was thrown out of the League Championship after Riot Games said that the team had neglected to address Raizada’s behavior.

Raizada and Sclavos, according to Fox, profited illegally off his name, and the team was eventually sold to Kroenke for just over 30 million.
