Sarah Omakwu is a popular Nigerian pastor and Christian speaker born on on July 31, 1962.
Sarah Omakwu is well known as the Senior Pastor Family Worship Centre, Abuja.
She is one of the most sought after conference speaker who has ministered both locally and internationally.
Her radio program Moving Forward with Pastor Sarah has been able to cut across millions in Nigeria.
Sarah and her late husband, Pastor Ina Omakwu returned to Nigeria in 1993 and founded Family Worship Centre in April on April 11, 1993.
The church which started with only 47 members, has grown to over 8,000 regular worshipers and now supports 100 missionaries and mission agencies in Nigeria.
In addition to her pastoral responsibilities, she also served as the chief operation officer of Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) Int’l, Anglophone West Africa Headquarters and National Director of Counseling – World Reach Nigeria, the ministry arm of CBN Int’l.
Sarah is blessed with three children. Her daughter, Favour got married to her love, Dayo Ademokoya in 2017.
She is a passionate spiritual leader who spreads the message of God by impacting and sharing her testimony with new generation of believers.
