Hillary Vincent, who worked as Sammie Okposo’s project manager, has disclosed how the well-known gospel singer passed away on Friday.
This information was divulged on Saturday by the Project Manager of the “Welu Welu” singer.
When asked about allegations that the singer had collapsed at his home in Lekki, Lagos State, Vincent refuted them.
To paraphrase what he had to say: “It is not true that Sammie slumped and died.
“That report is false.
“At the right time, the family will set the records straight.
“But, I can tell you authoritatively that he did not slump.
“Rather, he did not wake up from his sleep.
“As regards the funeral arrangements, the family will make the details known.
“But right now, they are still grieving and mourning the departed singer.”
