Sam Jaeger a.k.a Samuel Heath is an American actor and screenwriter best known for the movie Hart’s War, television series Parenthood, and starring with his wife in the film Take Me Home. He is a graduate of Otterbein College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.

Prior to joining Otterbein College, Sam Jaeger graduated from Perrysburg High School in 1995. Following his graduation, Jaeger worked in a casting office in New York.

Sam Jaeger started his acting career while still in college, with a small guest role in New York-based TV series Law & Order. Besides, he acted in several theater stages in New York before moving to Los Angeles and Hollywood to act in full-length movies. His career gained speed when he managed to get roles in well-known feature films as Traffic and Behind Enemy Lines.

After that, Sam Jaeger played a lead character against Bruce Willis and Colin Farrell in Hart’s War. Parenthood is an American comedy-drama television series developed by Jason Katims and produced by Imagine Television and Universal Television for NBC. The show tells of the Braverman clan, consisting of an older couple, their four children, and their families. Sam Jaeger stars in the series as Joel Graham.

The series is set in Berkeley, California on the east shore of the San Francisco Bay. The show revolves around three generations of the Braverman family: the patriarch Zeek Braverman, the matriarch Camille Braverman, and the families of their four children Adam, Sarah, Crosby, and Julia.
