Ryan Vikedal nationality: Where is Ryan Vikedal from?

Ryan Vikedal was born on 09 May 1975 in Brooks, Alberta, Canada.

He was kicked out of Nickelback in 2005 because he was not “the sort of drummer” Nickelback needed. He was followed by Daniel Adair, who previously worked as drummer for 3 Doors Down. Besides, he was not a founding member; he joined the band in 1998 when Mitch Guindon quit. For the albums The State, Silver Side Up, and The Long Road.

Ryan is the longest-serving drummer in Nickelback’s history and favored a simplistic, more classic rock style that combined well with the modern edge the band was pushing out. He is sponsored by Ayotte drums, Vater sticks, Tama hardware, and Zildjian cymbals. However, Vikedal was not the original Nickelback drummer. He joined the band in 1998 after Brandon Kroeger’s departure.
