The 45-year-old celebrity, who is the wife of actor Zain Saidin, 34, added her two cents with: “I say let her marry who she wants to, this fresh, young chap. What’s important is that she’s not snatching your man or any other woman’s for that matter. She’s tying the knot with a singleton.”
She added: “You should be supporting her. Instead you guys are making so much noise. He’s single, so of course I’m okay with that.”
Rubbing it in a little, Che Ta continued with: “I myself married a smashing young man. Everything’s fine. You guys are so sore about her as though she actually snatched your guy. Don’t condemn her, Netizens.”
The actress then threw in a joke to taunt any envious gossipmongers. “He’s like a Hindustan (movie) hero. His nose is so damn sharp, you could dangle a clothes hanger on it!”
She added: “To A. Aida, ignore the brickbats from these Netizens. We pray that your nikah goes well.”
Che Ta then ended the post, which had garnered over 49,000 likes, with: “You all like it if your friend marries a single dude, marries someone else’s man or a widower? Discuss it. Love, RCW.”
