According to The Sun, Ortiz was granted primary physical custody of Ariana in October 2022.
The judge’s final decision noted that the young girl’s primary residence is with her father in California. The order was made with the knowledge that Ariana will be starting school soon and she will be needing primary residence with one parent.
The court order also mentioned that during the school year, Jen will have custody every second, third, fourth, and fifth weekend from Friday at 6 PM to Sunday at 6 PM. The former pair have joint custody of their child but when an event of disagreement arises the father will have tiebreaker authority.
Ronnie and Jen are not allowed to consume alcohol or any other substances during their custodial period.
