- A valid passport with a validity of six months beyond your stay in Romania.

Romania Student Visa Eligibility &
Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Romania for studies.
- Original passport with two blank pages.
- Two recent passport photographs.
- Letter of acceptance from the Romanian Ministry of education.
- Proof of tuition fees paid for one year (payment must be done after getting the acceptance letter.
- Transferring the fee to the bank account of the Romanian institution.
- Proof of sufficient means of support for the entire period specified in the visa (approximately 2500 Euros).
- Criminal record certificate or another document of the same legal value.
- Medical insurance for the entire period of visa validity.
- Approval of the parents or the foster parents in connection with the stay on the Romanian territory for study purposes, if the foreign citizen is a minor.

Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Romania for tourism.
- A valid passport.
- An invitation letter from the host is required.
- An international travel document with a validity period that exceeds your stay in Romania. It should be valid for at least 6 months after your visa application has been approved.
- Two recent passport photographs with a white background.
- Bank statement from the last six months issued from the bank.
- To acquire a short-stay visa, you have to show that you can cover day-to-day expenses during the period of your stay in Romania.
- Evidence of valid travel medical insurance that covers the period of your stay in Romania.
- A flight reservation to the Romanian territory showing your entry and exit dates. It should also contain your PNR and full details as they appear on your international passport bio-data page.
- Proof that you will return to your home country after the expiration of the short-term visa.
- Receipt showing payment of the appropriate visa application fee
- Proof of relationship to the individual whom you will be visiting.
- If possible, you should provide evidence of booking with a tour company or travel agency. This is maybe important when applying for a tourist visa.
- Completely filled and signed visa application form.

Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Romania for work purposes.
- Passport valid at least six months beyond the intended period of stay
- The applicant ID card and photocopy.
- Two recent colored photos 35mm x 45mm, on a white background
- Duly filled in the visa application form
- Educational qualifications and curriculum vitae.
- Letter of recommendation from the recruiting agency.
- Flight ticket to Romania.
- Letter of employment from the organization in Romania.
- Medical insurance valid in Romania, covering one day longer beyond the intended period of stay and of a value not less than 30,000 EUR (original and copy).
- Original of the work permit issued by the Romanian Immigration Office.
- Proof of the means of subsistence at the level of the minimum guaranteed wage for the entire period specified on the visa.
- A criminal record or another document that bears the same legal value issued by the authorities from the country of domicile or residence.
- Proof of accommodation.
