For his tenure with Salavat Yulaev Ufa in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), talented Russian professional ice hockey forward Rodion Ruslanovich Amirov is well known. Prior to playing for Tolpar Ufa and Toros Neftekamsk, a farm team in the Supreme Hockey League, Amirov started his hockey career with the Salavat Yulaev Ufa development program. He later played with Salavat Yulaev Ufa in the 2019–20 season, making his KHL debut.
