James Timothy Norman, Montgomery’s son, was born in 1979.
On Manchester Avenue in St. Louis, he oversaw the operations of the Sweetie Pie restaurant.
In 2018, Norman was detained in connection with a 2017 incident in which he was charged with hitting his former restaurant employee.
For his alleged involvement in a murder-for-hire scheme that ended in the killing of Andre Jr. in 2016, Norman was detained on August 18, 2020, in Mississippi and prosecuted.
It was claimed that Norman, who is charged with a federal offense and was established to be the only beneficiary of an insurance policy on Andre, enlisted Terica Ellis, an exotic dancer from Memphis, and other people to help with the murder plot.
