According to Arati, an anonymous person handed Onyonka a glass of water, which he drank and immediately began experiencing health problems.
“When he drank the water, he noticed that it tasted strange and spat it out. His body, on the other hand, reacted almost instantly. “He began vomiting,” Arati explained.

Onyonka was rushed to a neighboring institution for first aid and lengthy treatment, according to the Dagoretti North MP. The doctors discovered that he had not swallowed the bottle’s contents during his checkup.
