RHODubai: Did Caroline Stanbury Divorce With Husband Cem Habib?

RHODubai, Caroline Stanbury divorced with ex-husband Cem Habib as she announced the news in an Instagram post on December 26, 2019.

“After 17 years of joy, adventures, ups, and downs, Cem and I decided some time ago that we will end our marriage. We will continue our relationship not as husband and wife, but as dear friends and parents to our amazing three children we love very much,” Caroline said in a post.

“We wish each other all the happiness in the world and look forward to keeping our solid family unit.”

In 2004, she announced her engagement to Turkish billionaire Habib. On Bravo’s now-defunct ‘Ladies of London,’ fans got a glimpse into Caroline and Cem’s marriage.

Cem and Caroline have three children: Yasmine, Aaron, and Zac, twin sons.

Cem began his work as a marketing professional with The Millburn Corporation in 1996, according to Global Stardom. He eventually went to Altedge Capital before becoming a partner at Cheyne Capital, one of Europe’s premier investment companies.

He left Cheyne Capital to work for a Kazakhstani investment bank. Cem was also a member of the CIS Private Equity Management Limited Board of Directors.

Cem and Caroline relocated from their opulent London house to Dubai after he obtained a great job opportunity. Caroline characterized her ex-husband as a “calm” guy who spoke six languages in an interview with The Daily Dish.

They eventually recognized that they are “quite different individuals.” “He prefers a quieter life, I’m more out there, he’s not going to come up and do all the stuff I do,” she explained.

Caroline stated that she believes this was the best option for her and her family.

Fans of Bravo’s Ladies of London may recall Stanbury as the stylist-turned-reality-star who appeared on the show (2014). The stunning socialite swapped her affluent British lifestyle for one in Dubai with her new spouse, former Real Madrid soccer star Sergio Carrallo.

With three children from her previous marriage to Turkish businessman Cem Habib, the entrepreneur witnessed a huge increase in her money following the divorce settlement.

She began her career in public relations, personal style, and the luxury goods business after graduating from Westonbirt School in Gloucestershire. She subsequently founded her own firm, Gift Library, which has become a favorite of various celebrities.

Stanbury has appeared in the reality show Ladies of London and the British edition of the Real Housewives franchise and is now appearing on Dubai edition.

The couple announced their relationship on Instagram in July 2020.

Carrallo proposed to Stanbury in early January 2021 on their holiday in the Himalayas. The couple was on a hike to a lake with mountain views in the backdrop.

Carrallo is a retired Spanish soccer player who played for the New York Cosmos. He is the current owner of Venture, a wealth management firm.

He began his football career in 2012 when he was signed to play for Real Madrid’s U19 level. His sporting career was cut short when he declared his retirement in 2018.

After retiring, he relocated to California to get a degree in digital marketing and media. He holds a master’s degree from the University of California.

His original life plan was to get a solid job and settle down in America. But after meeting Caroline, he changed his intentions and relocated to Dubai to court her.

According to his Instagram, he leads a prosperous and opulent lifestyle.
