The location is at the entrance of Ponta do Sol, which is a very small village, so everything is close by: The square with a mini market, souvenirshop, ATM and the aluguers (shared taxis) is only 150 metres and the nice harbour with some good restaurants is 350 metres away.
The furniture is old and a little musty, but once you open the windows it is okay.
From the balcony you can get a nice view to the mountains, down town, the harbour and the ocean.
Summing up it is a very good place to stay in Ponta do Sol, simple and clean, a good location to explore the island of Santo Antão.
