Demaryius Thomas Died From Rigor Mortis: Did He Have Seizure?
Demaryius Thomas’ family believes the wide receiver died of a rigor mortis after he was discovered dead in his Atlanta home on Thursday night.
According to The Associated Press, Thomas’ first cousin, LaTonya Bonseigneur, who was close enough to Thomas to consider them siblings, claimed Thomas had been having seizures for more than a year and that they suspect he suffered one while bathing.
His relatives said they didn’t know when he died. They only chatted with him the day before yesterday. The athlete was alone, and a buddy couldn’t reach him, so he phoned his driver, who has a key because of the seizures, and he went into his house and discovered him in the shower.
