Kirsten Meehan and Lindsey Uselding are business partners and more importantly siblings. Kirsten has 18 years of experience in the renovation and construction business and Lindsey has been in the industry since 2013.
Both sisters work for Ungerman, a construction and renovation company established in 1977. Kirsten has been with the company since 2004 and Lindsey joined her sister and company in 2013 after working for Target for a decade.
The pair also co-founded Practical Homes, a company helping women understand every nut and bolt of their home for the safety of their families while also helping them decorate and renovate their abode.
Kirsten and Lindsey specialize in renovating and reconstructing homes damaged by natural disasters, fire, or other accidents. Their latest HGTV show, Renovation 911, will cover everything about their builds and projects. Other HGTV stars are Michel Smith Boyd and Keith Bynum.

The new show on HGTV will premiere on March 28, 2023, with its first episode titled Fires, Floods, and Teenagers being released that day. The second episode will follow on April 4, 2023.
In the very first episode, viewers witness the duo working to restore a home damaged by fire and have a look at a portion of another house destroyed by a joyriding teenager’s crash.
Although Renovation 911 marks the beginning of their television career, the two siblings have been in the renovation business for decades now.
Renovation 911 Cast Lindsey Uselding Specializes In Safety
Renovation 911 cast Lindsey Uselding will be the head of safety on the HGTV show. Lindsey will also be responsible for dealing with the insurance company and logistics.
Uselding started her career at Target as an Executive Team Leader in January 2003. In her decade with the retail superstore, she also worked as a store director and manager of store communication.
However, in 2013 after spending a decade with Target, Lindsey decided to make a change in her career and joined Ungerman as a Business Operations Manager in Plymouth, Minnesota. She held the position for three years until she was promoted to vice president and co-owner of the firm.
Lindsey specializes in insurance claims as we mentioned earlier. According to her LinkedIn profile, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor in Business Administration degree specializing in Human Resources and Management in 2002.
Uselding is found on Instagram with her username @lindsey.uselding. The reality show star has 670 followers but the numbers are increasing rapidly with her new-found fame.
She Has A Happy Family Of Four
Lindsey Uselding husband Nate Uselding is a second-grade teacher.
Nate and Lindsey together have two beautiful daughters Alivia Jade Uselding and Braylin Uselding. Yes, of course, they have a furry baby at their home. The eldest among the two Alivia is a high school sophomore and Braylin is a freshman.

Kirsten Meehan specializes in design and construction. Kirsten joined Ungerman in 1998 as a demolition worker.
Meehan handles the real deal while her elder sister Lindsey is busy sorting out the paperwork for the insurance claims. Kirsten is responsible for the actual construction and design of the renovation.
She started her career in construction with Ungerman in 1998. She worked a summer job as a demolition worker for the company in the beginning before assuming the duty of project manager in 2004. She has been with the firm since then and next year will mark her 20th anniversary.
Kirsten is the co-owner and vice president at Ungerman with her sister. She assumed the duty of estimator in 2017.
According to her LinkedIn profile, she worked with Edina Public Schools as a High School Sprint Coach for 4 years between 2008 and 2012. She is also the co-founder of Practical Homes with Lindsey and the pair together host HGTV’s Restoration 911.
Kirsten also attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2000 and 2004, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the institution. She also studied Murdoch University’s Study Abroad Program in Communication for a year.
