Renesmee Cullen Twilight
Renesmee Cullen plays the daughter of Edward Cullen and Bella Swan Cullen in the Twilight series. She is half human and also half vampire. Cullen was born on September 11, 2006. Her name Renesmee Cullen is a combination of the name of Bella’s mother, Renée, and Edwards adoptive mother Esme.
Her second name, Carlie, comes from the combination of the names Carlisle, Edwards adoptive father, and Charlie, Bella’s father. During her birth, Renesmee, Bella (Renesmee’s mother) almost died, so Edward had to make a choice either Bella dies, or Bella lives on as a vampire. Edward then injects his poison directly into the heart of Bella.
After Jacob turns out to be her girlfriend, Irina, a vampire from the Denali clan who also does not drink human blood, sees Renesmee, thinking that she is an “immortal child” which means a child bitten by a vampire.
This is strictly not acceptable in the vampire world, and she informs the Volturi. They then travel to Forks, determined to kill Renesmee and all other Cullens. The Cullens know although Renesmee is not an ‘immortal child’.
Alice finds another half-breed named Nahuel, who explains that half-breeds cause no danger to vampires. Eventually, the Volturi are convinced that Renesmee is not a threat and they go back to Volterra (Italy).
