After nearly two months of teaming up with 2KBaby for their joint hit “Luigi,” Chief Keef released a 14-track tape on December 17. However, alongside comments on his music, fans have been searching left and right of whether he is dead or alive.
He is alive, though, no thanks to the two gunmen who tried to rid the world of a key influencer in the field of contemporary hip hop.

The last time he was shot, it was outside W Hotel on Broadway near West 47th Street. According to TMZ, the incident took place at around 5 to 6 a.m. on Saturday, June 2.
According to the reports, the gunman’s terrible shot hit the side of the W Hotel instead of making a mark on the 22-year-old Keef.
Keith Farrelle Cozart, mostly known as Chief Keef, was shaken at the time even though it came nowhere near to where he was standing. It may have been a warning shot.
According to police, it may have occurred due to certain history with a Brooklyn rapper. Several shell casings were found near the scene.
After the incident, the police looked for two black males sporting hoodies who fled the scene after the bullets had been fired. They were never identified.

American Rapper Chief Keef is certainly alive, and as to how he died, well, he hasn’t.
After the shooting in June of 2018, the incident became a source with which to mock the two gunmen who were involved.
Darron Rose, aka Tadoe, reportedly said, “Why are they shooting up in the air at the W [sign] when we are on the ground?”
He is part of Glo Gang, Keef’s rap group.
Keith Farrelle Cozart was born in Chicago, Illinois, to Lolita Carter, a 15-year-old unwed mother. His father went by Alfonso Cozart. However, the two were never close.
Chief Keef has experienced numerous legal troubles throughout his career, including weapons possession charges, house arrest sentences, and a Chicago performance ban.
