She married a man from the Middle East. Her husband had connections with the mob with whom she shifted to Jordan. However Ramona soon lost interest in the marriage and wanted to divorce him. But he forced her to stay in Jordan. She was however able to get the divorce in 2008. She and her children returned to the United States subsequently. Ramona and the kids had no money, but she is now working to start a new life in Staten Island.
She and her husband have four children. They are Giovanni, Gianna, Melina and Anissa. In episode 7 of season 2, Mob Daughters, shows Ramona’s reaction to the arrest, and also long term fights with her boyfriend Joseph Sclafani who is a famous Gambino crime family soldier.
