- The tourist visa is granted to applicants for the purpose of tourism purposes such as relaxations, holidays, recreation, and sightseeing.
- The application form should be correctly filled and signed by the applicant.

- A confirmed criminal record signed by the local police indicating that the applicant does not have any criminal record is required.

Requirements
- This visa is issued to business travellers visiting Poland with the intention of engaging in business activities with their partners.
- This visa allows foreigners to negotiate and sign business contracts with their partners in the country.
- Holders of this visa are not prohibited from attending trade fairs, conferences, and business seminars relating to their profession.
- An official letter of invitation from the inviting company in Poland is required. The letter must state the purpose and duration of the visit.
- The business letter must also state who will be responsible for the applicant’s finances during the applicant’s stay in Poland.
- A letter from the applicant’s employer in Malawi should be provided. The letter must state the applicant’s job position, salary level, and length of employment.
- Proof of previous trade relations between the applicant’s company and the host company should be provided if any.
- Documents that show that the applicant has the incentive of returning to Malawi at the expiration of this visa is required.
- Proof of payment of visa application fee should be provided.
