After graduating, Edwards worked in the global risk management division at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2000 to 2003.

Between 2004 and 2008, Edwards worked at Ksubi. She started as PR manager and then switched to the womenswear design team.

Edward then worked as a Senior Creative and Accessories Designer for Sass & Bide from 2008 to 2012. While at Sass & Bide, Edwards met her now business partner, Claire Tregoning.

Pips Edwards joined General Pants Co. in 2012 and served as Design Director until October 2016.

In March 2016, Pip Edwards co-founded the sportswear label P.E Nation with Claire Tregoning.
