The allegations were later refuted by Trump, who said in a statement that he remembers Zervos but “never met her in a hotel or inappropriately welcomed her a decade ago.”

Trump’s new lawyer, Alina Habba, claimed in a statement that the trial court had ruled against him “Ms. Zervos must comply with the court’s instruction and disclose all relevant and outstanding information, the firm stated today.
