Wolf Pack is a supernatural teen drama series developed by Jeff Davis. It is based on the book by Canadian author Edo van Belkom published in 2004. Davis also serves as the executive producer of the series.

Gellar plays one of the lead characters Kristin Ramsey, a Los Angeles Fire Department investigator.
Ramsey is hot to catch an arsonist behind a rash of local wildfires. But her case takes a new turn when a wildfire traps a school bus in the woods, and an unidentified yet ferocious creature attacks the children aboard the vehicle.
The twist leads Ramsey to the firestarter, but she stumbles with ranger Garret Briggs along the way. Upon meeting Briggs, the investigator uncovers a terrifying secret. Gellar has to unsolve a dark mystery and battle the otherworldly during her quest as an investigator.
Sarah is the main highlight of the new werewolf series, as the creators have put her forward during the promotion. It is understandable since the actress is considered the genre queen of vampires and werewolves.
One of her most iconic appearances is as Buffy Summers in the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The role earned her many accolades, including Golden Globes, Saturn Award, and Teen Choice Award. The actress made a special appearance during the Teen Wolf panel at San Diego Comic-Con in July 2022 to announce her involvement in Wolf Pack.

Rodrigo Santoro As Garrett Briggs
Rodrigo Santoro stars as the character Garrett Briggs in the Paramount+ supernatural series.
Briggs is a park ranger who experienced a devastating forest fire in Chicago. After the fire is out, the ranger finds two little wolf cubs in the wood.
Later, he and his wife discover that they are not ordinary wolves but werewolves that can take the form of animals and humans.
Briggs and his wife adopt the two werewolves, Luna and Harlan, but keep their identity secret. The youngsters try to blend in with humans by suppressing their true identity. However, as they become teenagers, it becomes more and more difficult for them to cope with the changes.
A similar fire breaks out 16 years later in the woods again, and this time, Luna and Harlan find two other werewolves named Everett and Blake. At one point, the investigating officer Kristin Ramsey confronts the mysterious beast in the wood, and Briggs suggests that it is not just an ordinary wild animal.
Santoro posted a piece of a news article on his social media account on September 15, 2022, and announced his addition as a cast member of Wolf Pack. The actor is available on Instagram as @rodrigosantoro, where he has cumulated 1.3 million followers.
Armani Jackson As Everett
Armani Jackson stars in the lead as Everett in the TV series Wolf Pack.
Everett is a teenager who is secretly a werewolf; his identity is revealed after a monster attack. A mysterious forest fire breaks out in the wood while Everett travels on the school bus with other schoolmates and gets trapped. To everybody’s dismay, they are attacked by a mysterious monster hiding in the woods.
Everett gets injured during the encounter with the unknown beast in the woods. He realizes that he is not a normal human being but a werewolf.
Everett and Blake meet another two teenagers with similar discoveries and unite during a full moon night.
Paramount+ announced Jackson’s addition to the Wolf Pack cast in September 2021. The star shared the news of his casting on June 21, 2022, via his social media account. The actor is available on Instagram under @armanijackson with 230K followers.
Jackson was born in Madison, Wisconsin, to his parents Kelly Jackson and Trent Jackson. The youngster made his acting debut in 2011 with the TV series Man Up! and made significant advancements with Palm Trees & Power Lines and Honor Society.
Bella Shepard as Blake Navarro
Bella Shepard plays one of the lead characters Blake Navarro in the supernatural drama series Wolf Pack.
Blake is a school-going teenager who has no idea she is a werewolf. One day the school bus she is traveling on gets trapped in a wildfire that broke out in the woods in Chicago. At the same time, the passengers are attacked by a mysterious creature hiding in the woods.
Blake is bitten by the unidentified monster and sustains a grave injury. However, the wound reveals that she is not a normal human but a werewolf. After the revelation, she is drawn to another werewolf Everett, who also happens to be her friend.
Baffled by the discovery, the two friends search for answers about their origins. During the quest, they meet two teenagers named Luna and Harlan Briggs, who are also werewolves. The four meet during the full moon to uncover the secrets that have been hidden for all those years.
Bella Shepard is an actress from Michigan born on December 17, 2001. Shepard started her career as a child actress and debuted in 2013 with the movie Oz the Great and Powerful. The actress was only 12 at the time.
The 21-year-old starred as the leading lady in the 2015 TV series My Haunted House where she played the role of Kayla.

Wolf Pack Storyline: Is It A Spin Off Of Teen Wolf?
The Paramount supernatural series Wolf Pack is not a spin-off of Teen Wolf. Creator Jeff Davis has stated that the two franchises belong to different universes and are not connected in any way.
The supernatural thriller is an original concept that has been freshly adapted on-screen. Davis commented on the post of lead actress Gellar on September 23, 2022, and confirmed that his new TV series is not a Teen Wolf spin-off.
Jeff Davis is the brain behind the development of the supernatural thriller Wolf Pack. It was announced in September 2021 that Davis was working on a series based on the book by Edo van Belkom while he also worked on the movie revival of the MTV series “Teen Wolf.”
Teen Wolf was a supernatural drama about werewolves created by Jeff Davis in 2011. The series was a sensation among viewers and continued for six seasons with 100 episodes.
In 2021, Paramount showed interest in bringing the successful franchise to the big screens and tasked Davis to develop a movie. Hence, the film titled Teen Wolf: The Movie was announced in September 2021 and finalized its release date for January 26, 2023.
At the same time, Davis began working on a werewolf-themed series for Paramount and developed Wolf Pack. The series is not related to the previous MTV series Teen Wolf.
Based on the book by author Edo van Belkom, the series follows a teenage girl and boy whose lives change when a wildfire in California awakens a terrifying supernatural creature. The two are bitten by a strange creature and eventually become werewolves. A peculiar fate brings them in contact with two other teenagers who had been werewolves for some time.
It turns out that the other two teenagers were adopted by a park ranger 16 years ago during a similar wildfire incident. As the full moon rises, all the teenagers come together to unveil the secret that connects them. As the series develops, many events unfold, such as a logging company threatening to destroy the home of teen wolves, people missing, and an air of threat and mystery surrounding the characters.
The teaser of the series Wolf Pack premiered at New York Comic Con 2022, which was uploaded to YouTube by Paramount on October 8, 2022. With Sarah Michelle Gellar in the lead role, the teaser offered a peek into what the audience can expect from the show.

Wolf Pack Release Date
Wolf Pack will premiere on January 26, 2023, and will be available for streaming on Paramount+.
The Instagram page @wolfpacktvshow confirmed on November 7, 2022, that the first season of Wolf Pack would air on January 26 in the US and Canada. The show will be available on Paramount+ the following day in the UK, Australia, and Latin America.
The first season of the supernatural thriller is designed into eight episodes, where Jason Ensler directed the first one.
