Paraguay
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to
apply for a Paraguayan Visa.
- Mauritius passport that is valid for at least 3 months beyond stay in Paraguay
- Passport should have at least one blank page for the visa stamp.
- Completely filled and signed application form
- Bank statements that show proof of sufficient funds
- Letter from the police proofing absence of crime records
- A copy of airline ticket showing entry and exit from Paraguay is required
- Two recent 2 x 2 color passport photographs in front view and with a plain background are required.
- Certificate of vaccination against yellow fever.
- For children under 18 years, an authorization note signed by both parents along with a copy of parent’s ID is required
- Application form of minors should be signed by both parents and birth certificate should also be provided.
- Applicants’ signature on the visa application should match with the passport or visa will be rejected.

- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company.
- A business letter from the sending company in Paraguay.
- The letter should state applicant status held in the company and addressed to the Embassy of Paraguay.

- The official passport serves as proof of identity and also applicant originality as a real citizen of Mauritius.
- An application form that is filled, signed and stamped.

- A letter from Mauritius agency, addressed to the Embassy of Paraguay explaining the purpose of travel and dates of the trip. Letter must contain the applicant’s name and the passport number.
- Applicants are required to present a diplomatic note from the ministry of external affairs to the host country.
