- Physical passport with 6 months validity beyond trip completion and one blank visa page
- Two passport photographs with a white background.
- Payment of air ticket.

- Police Clearance Certificate Pcc.
- Old Passport should be presented (if applicable)
- Bank Statement from the last six months issued by the bank.
- A business visa application form.
- Covering letter from the company.

- One copy of proof of residency (driver’s permit)

- Two completed Paraguay visa applications
- Sufficient means to support stay in Paraguay.
- Two passport-type photographs.
- One copy of proof of residency (driver’s permit)

- Applicant identity card.
- A letter of invitation from the host in Paraguay.

Requirements
- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling for work purposes in Paraguay.
- Provisional work permits are valid only for six months and can be renewed once for an extension of an additional six months.
- A letter of employment from the organization in Paraguay.
- Proof of sufficient funds to support travel
- Payment of visa fees.

- Your civil status (if married, the date and certificate or divorced)
- Temporary work permits are valid for one year. A new application with recent required documents will have to be filed each year for up to six years if they need to stay longer.
