Pamela Moyes is the beautiful wife of a Scottish professional football coach and a former player, David Moyes. David is the current Manager of the premier league club West Ham United.

He has previously managed Preston North End, Everton, Manchester United, Real Sociedad, and Sunderland. In his more than two decades of coaching career, he has won the Manager of the year award in England thrice.

His incredible coaching journey so far

Moyes was born to his father, David Moyes Sr. and mother, Joan Moyes.

He grew up watching his life-long supporter, his father, who was a coach at Drumchapel Amateurs and from whom he got all the answers to football-related questions.

Moyes was unsure that he would end up in a coaching career because he thought he was not a big-name player even though he had ended up with nearly 600 appearances as a player.

When he was playing for Preston, he never wanted the job since he had the playing contract and was still unsure if he wanted the coaching job until he was given the opportunity.

But he did not take the job right away, saying that he would take over a caretaker job instead. He took his managing job seriously and gave a full concentration after losing a couple of games as a player-manager.

He eventually took the managing job and went strength to strength, trying to quench the thirst for information about what good players were doing, their good behaviors, and how they practice trying to grab as much knowledge and understanding as dealing with the players coaching.

After managing Preston North End, he spent 11 years in Everton, taking over the managing job followed by Manchester United, Real Sociedad, and Sunderland before West Ham United.

His first year with Everton went well, and the second did not go well, the third they did better, the fourth year again did not go well. In a whole process, Everton finished in the top seven, eight, six, five, and four for a long period.

Moyes says that stability at the club, getting to know what the club wants, and the theme of the club along with modern culture and style adaptation to be essential factors.

Happily married for more than three decades

Pamela Moyes is happily married to her husband David Moyes for more than three decades. She first met her future spouse David around three decades ago at the Winnock Hotel in Drymen, Stirlingshire.

According to Pamela, it was David chased her and it was during David’s playing career with Celtic.

Their union gave birth to two beautiful children, Lauren Moyes and David Moyes Jr., The family currently residing in Preston.

She is influential in her husband’s decision making

She is the woman behind her husband’s successful football career, standing with him throughout his journey like a rock.

She is not only supporting her spouse in the stands but also helping him with the decision-making.

Pamela asked David to sign a five-year extension contract with Everton in 2008 when he was confused about whether to accept the offer.

Likewise, he is a loyal spouse who listens and respects his wife and her decision. Pamela is never bothered by her spouse’s busy schedules but rather helps him.

There were rumors her daughter slept with Crystal Palace Forward Wilfried Zaha

Rumor swirled around that her daughter Lauren slept with Manchester United star Wilfried Zaha who is currently playing for premier league club Crystal Palace.

However, clarifying the rumors to be false, Zaha confessed to not meeting the former boss’s daughter Lauren Moyes.

He also shared how he suffered dealing with the negative comments that flooded his Twitter account and described his time with Manchester United as hell as he did not get any help from his former boss and the club.

He waited for his boss to come forward and speak over the matter, but it never happened. From 2013 to these days, he is still affected by the fact that people still think it’s true, but he has not met Lauren Moyes in reality.

Her son is working with his dad
