A native of Mexico, Paloma Jiménez was named Karla Paloma Jiménez Denagustin at birth. She was born in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico, on the 22nd of August 1983 and speaks Spanish fluently.
Because she stands at 5 feet 10 inches, a perfect height for modelling, Paloma Jiménez decided to pursue a career in the industry and works both in the United States of America and Mexico.
She featured in the popular Mexican comedy and variety show, Otra Rollo which aired live on Televisa (and on Univision in the US) on Tuesday nights from 1995 to May 8, 2007. The show hosted by Adal Ramones featured an opening monologue, comedy sketches, star interviews and live musical performances by different artists.

Paloma Jimenez began dating actor Vin Diesel, who is 16 years older than her, in 2007 and since then, they are yet to tie the knot. That notwithstanding, they both seem to be very happy in their relationship and are often seen together at events.
On August 26, 2013, at 11:30 a.m, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce honored actor/filmmaker Vin Diesel with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and apart from his parents and children who joined him at the ceremony, his partner, Paloma Jimenez was also beside him as he accepted the honor. This was not the first time Paloma was seen supporting her man and wasn’t going to be the last. They were also seen together at the Vanity Fair Oscar party in February 2019.
Paloma’s relationship with her actor boyfriend was free from rumours until 2016 when reports claiming that she had accused Diesel of cheating broke out. The reports went on to allege that after Paloma found out about the affair, she decided to stay with her man but began to consider taking back control of her life by getting out of the house and back on the catwalk.
A source close to the couple was said to have revealed that Diesel was scared that his lover might leave him for someone else if she returns to modeling. However, reacting to the speculation, Vin Diesel’s rep described the story as false and true to that, the duo is still together till date.

Paloma Jiménez is a mother of three children who she had with her partner, Vin. She had her first child, a daughter named Hania Riley Diesel in April 2008. Two years later, her second child, a son named Vincent Sinclair Diesel was born. She and Vin Diesel welcomed their third child and second daughter, Pauline Diesel on March 16, 2015. The little girl was given the name Pauline in honour of late Paul Walker, Vin’s friend and co-star in the Fast & Furious franchise, who passed on in November 2013.
The couple prefers to keep their relationship and family away from the prying eyes of the public and as a result, they have never bothered to make a formal announcement on the birth of any of their children.
