Oscar Pistorius is a South African former professional sprinter who was convicted a murderer. Both feet were amputated when he was 11 months old due to a congenital defect.
After becoming Paralympic champion, he attempted to enter non-disabled international competitions, over persistent objections by the International Association of Athletics Federations.

Oscar Pistorious now photos have been shared on Twitter. He has not been released on parole. He has been eligible for parole since July after he was convicted of murder.
The news of his parole came as a surprise to Reeva’s parents when corrections services officials contacted them last month to say that Pistorius is eligible for parole. They thought he will be eligible in 2023.
He went on trial in 2014, and his case was only finalized in 2018. The athlete was initially found guilty of culpable homicide an offense comparable to manslaughter. He shot with his licensed 9 mm pistol.
During his trial, he said it was a tragic accident that he mistook her for a dangerous intruder. His lawyer, Knight said he believed he had met all the requirements to be released early last year.

As per the rules Oscar Pistorious’s girlfriend, parents must meet him face to face. But his parole has been already convened without advising them. They have been upset about it.
Oscar’s girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp was shot multiple times by him at his home through a toilet door. Her parents were supposed to meet him face to face. He was convicted a murdered in 2015.
Last year in July he was having a parole hearing. June and Barry Steenkamp are willing to meet him before he will be released on parole. They said they are, not emotionally prepared yet ready to meet him.
