Sometimes innocent people died out of shootings, and most of the time it is intentionally caused crimes. It is believed that Isaac Eames’s shooting case was not random.
Onondaga County Shooting: Who Is Deputy Isaac Eames?
Deputy Isaac Eames was in his position since 2010. He was 48 years old officer who was shot dead at his home on Riverview Road in Clay. He was off duty at the time of the incident.
Besides the deputy, two other people who were identified as his family members were also rushed to the hospital, however, they are said to be in a critical condition.
The family members who are still not disclosed were taken to Upstate University Hospital. An ambulance could be seen leaving the area quickly with a police car following it early Monday.
A large number of police cars were there at the crime scene. Neighbors said it is usually a quiet place. Officers have blocked off Riverview Road between Black Creek and Ethel roads.

A 46 years old woman called 911 to report a shooting at around 7:30 am at 4410 Riverview Road, according to dispatch reports. It was later discovered that two more people were down.
Two additional ambulances were requested after one had already been dispatched. Police do not believe that there is an ongoing threat to the public. Deputies say Eames was pronounced dead at the crime scene.
His death cause must be probably from the shot wound. It is not clear how many bullets were shot at him and where he was shot. He has worked for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office since 2010.

Isaac Eames’s family detail has not been shared yet. It might be due to the ongoing investigation regarding the shooting that took his life. It was mentioned that two other family members are in critical condition.
One of the victims is identified as Karen Eames who works as a secretary at Liverpool High School, as well as the athletic department. The Liverpool School District has canceled all sporting practices and games for Monday night.
