Requirements

  • The Omani tourist visa is a  visa issued to foreigners visiting Oman for tourism, visitation or recreational purposes. 
  • A passport with at least six months validity and blank visa pages is required. 
  • Two recently taken passport photographs (4×6 cm) in size and taken against a white background is needed. 
  • An invitation letter written by your host in Oman. The letter should contain the Residential address and contact details of the host. 
  • A complete and signed Omani tourist visa application form. 
  • The application fee for the Omani tourist visa is 20 Omani Riyals. 
  • Foreigners who exceed their exit date in Oman will be penalized and will be required to pay a fine of 10 Omani Riyals for each day of delay. 
  • Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation in Oman. 
  • If the applicant wants to stay with a friend or relative in Oman, the host is required to write a letter stating their relationship and the resident address of the host is to be provided. 
  • Proof of flight return or onward ticket. 
  • A document showing proof of financial status to cover the duration of stay in Oman. 
  • Flight itinerary.

    Oman business visa is a visa issued to foreigners visiting Oman for business purposes.

  • Laotians
    visiting Oman on a business visa can negotiate and sign business
    contracts while in Oman.

  • Business
    travelers can also attend trade fairs, conferences and summits while
    they are in Oman.

  • The
    visa application form for Omani business visa is 20 Omani Riyals.

  • A
    letter of invitation from the company you are visiting in Oman should be provided. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and should state the duration and purpose of your visit.

  • The
    letter of invitation should also introduce the applicant and fully
    explain the nature of the business to be conducted.

  • A
    certificate
    of business registration and a copy of membership card of Oman
    Chamber of Commerce and Industry     should
