Fans of the hit History Channel series Pawn stars will remember Olivia Black – the attractive young woman who was added in the show’s fifth season to work the night shift.
Black’s addition to the male-dominated show’s cast was a bit refreshing, and it didn’t take long for her to win the hearts of many fans of the show. Arguably, aside from Chumlee, Olivia Black was the other star of the show.
Fans loved seeing Chumlee feel uncomfortable at the sight of her. It was rather a shame that viewers never got to see how things went between them, with Olivia’s position on the show ending shortly after it began.

1. Olivia wasn’t told why she was fired from Pawn Stars, but hey! it was too obvious…
Her firing of the show was abrupt, to say the least, and like the rest of us all, it shocked her. Leftfield Pictures, Pawn Star’s production company, informed her that her services on the show would no longer be needed without the Reason Why!
“I don’t have the real reason I’m not on the show anymore. They didn’t say it and I didn’t ask – I was so shocked I didn’t think to ask,” the TV star told FOX 411.
Leftfield may not have spelled out in black and white the reason they let Black go. However, it was obvious to all that the bag had arrived just two days after the National Enquirer aired photos of Olivia’s pornographic past. In a 2013 article, NE revealed photos from a 2008 photoshoot Olivia did for softcore porn website SuicideGirls.com.
Well, turns out Olivia didn’t tell her employers she had a crazy past.
2. His direct superior Rick Harrison had no hand in his shooting
Viewers know very well how much Rickaimé Olivia. Contrary to what many people speculated after the announcement of his dismissal, Rick Harrison has nothing to do. It’s kind of ironic considering he’s the one who hired her.
However, it turns out that the series production company has the final say on who remains. When the photos came out, they probably thought the History Channel wouldn’t feel comfortable if Oliva continued the show or that it would just have been bad for their image.

Rick exercised his authority by telling Olivia that she could continue working in the camera store. Olivia agreed, but she couldn’t stay as long as she soon left to pursue something else.

Initially, Olivia seemed like she didn’t give sh$t after being fired, but later took to Change.org to start a petition so she could get back on the show. Unfortunately, it received just under 6,000 signatures, which wasn’t enough to get it reviewed.

Also, his rep had advised him to file a complaint for Bad Termination. However, no details of a lawsuit have appeared in the news. Did she continue with that and didn’t win? or did Leftfield compensate her with a worthwhile salary? I guess we’ll never know
4. She went back to work on the porn site a few days after she was fired.
When people get fired for something they did wrong, they usually regret their actions and seek to become better people or even hide from shame. BUT! Oliva Black isn’t one of those people, at least she wasn’t, in this case.
Four days after her firing, Olivia returned to SuicideGirls.com and signed up for another project. This girl has always dreamed of posing nude for the cameras and not even a bag letter from a production company would change her.
“I’ve always been comfortable with my body and found nude photography an artistic outlet,” she said during an Ask Me Anything session on her Reddit account.
