Nydia Stone also know as Nydia Bertran Stone, is a former model and photographer who is mostly known as the wife of political consultant Roger Stone.
She grew up in Cuba and went to school there. Later after her family moved to the USA, she began working instead of going back to school. Nydia began modeling for local advertisements and campaigns and she quickly made a name for herself. She later decided she liked the artistry behind the camera more than in front of it.
Nydia began doing shots for clients and events and eventually worked her way up into photography for reporting. Prior to beginning her career in photography, she was married to another man but they ended up divorcing.

Nydia is married to Roger Stone. She is his second wife. Roger had previously, between 1974 and 1990, been married to Anne Wesche. The two got married in 1992 in Las Vegas. Nydia and Roger first met while she was photographing Reagan’s campaign and they immediately hit it off.
Their relationship became known in 1996. This was after they posted an ad together in Swing Fever magazine. In the magazine, the couple was looking for single men and women to join them in bed. At the time Nydia was 48 years old and Roger was 44 years old.
Roger studied at George Washington University and soon after his graduation, he became a lobbyist. He served on Richard Nixon’s administration in the office of Economic Opportunity. Roger later went on to work on Ronald Regan’s presidential campaign.
Roger received attention for being a consultant on President Donald Trump’s campaign. He regularly received backlash for using conspiracies to manipulate public opinion.
He was on 25 January arrested by the FBI at his home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Roger is accused of one count of obstruction of an official proceeding, five counts of false statements and one count of witness tampering.
In August 2018, Nydia said in a tweet that her husband “will not be indicted unless Mueller pressures witnesses for answers he wants; harasses and intimidates them with the full force of the FBI at his back. He couldn’t prove collusion so he will try to embarrass and humiliate him.”
