The four involved in the crime were tracked down by the police and investigating team.

She called her date to a Bronx apartment which was located at Marble Hill Avenue on February 7, 2022.
Soon after he entered his apartment, she armed men barged him with one pointing his pistol at the helpless man.
They stripped him, forced him to jump into the bathtub while they poured flammable all over the tub and onto their victim.

Valerie Rosario and her accomplices attacked her victim date with a knife multiple times in his back, leg, and arms.
He was burned with flammable in a bathtub and shifted to another location.
Javier Vargas was arrested after they face-timed the victim’s brother while stabbing him and asked for $100k for his life.
Police arrested and tracked down Javier that afternoon in his van seated outside Queens and they found Javier in the backseat, barely breathing.
