Nikesha Patel is an Indian actress born in the United Kingdom. She was also part of several BBC TV shows before migrating back to India is an Indian actress born in the United Kingdom. After she moved to India she ventured to Bollywood as an actress and scopped an offer from Dev Anand. He was a very close friend of her father and also a famous actor and film maker. She was given the role of Beaty Queen Dev’s film that was shelved. Her first major film debut was in 2010 Indian Telugu language film Puli where she played a female laed role.

From there she moved to the Kannada film industry. She had also scopped an offer from Hollywood actor-director Steven Seagal’s film which had not materialized. After all that, she began working in the Tamil film indutrsy too where her fisrt Tamil movie was Amali Thumali which she stated that it did not come through.

Nikesha Patel irked by Sreesanth’s comments on Bigg Boss

C ricketer S Sreesanth is one of the contestants on the national Bigg Boss show right now. And one thing that he has been incessantly talking about is his love story with his wife, Bhuvneshwari Kumari, details of which have irked one of his ex-girlfriends, actress Nikesha Patel. The Varadhanayaka actress, who is currently in Wales, says that she cannot relate to the persona that Sreesanth is portraying on the show and is also hurt that he has dismissed their relationship. “I’ve not met Sreesanth after the break-up, but I have been watching him on Bigg Boss. Sreesanth claimed on national television that he was in love with Bhuvneshwari for seven years before he got married to her. This makes me wonder, though, why he was in a live-in relationship with me for a year around that time,” says Nikesha.
The actress adds, “In the past five years, I have quietly moved away from it all after the break-up. But, I’ve not really been able to move on from the relationship, as I have many unanswered questions. We broke up around the time I was shooting for Varadhanayaka, which was in 2012. What was he doing with me if he claims he was in love with his wife all the time that we were in a relationship? It makes me feel bad.”
Nikesha adds something about Sreesanth’s personality on the reality show. “He is trying to portray himself as mahaan. But I know the real side of him and he is not mahaan at all. He acts like he is the most amazing person on the show, but he does not respect women like he claims he does,” she says, adding that she is yet to receive an apology from him after their break-up.

In a recent media interaction with media, she expressed her wish to marry Prabhu Deva, “You are asking about doing a movie with Prabhu Deva, but I want to marry Prabhu Deva,” she said when asked whether she was willing to work with Prabhu Deva in a film. She said that they are very close and share a good rapport adding that their families also share a good relationship.

Soon after that, the actress was flooded with phone calls and messages. Later, to clarify, she said that her words during the interview were utterly misunderstood.

She tweeted. “Im so fed up with media calls last few days its about time i clarify this is not true…this news has been completely misunderstood. I’m busy with work and family.”

Nikesha also released a public statement, that she is not marrying anyone. “After many papers and websites carrying Prabhu deva sir news, I think it’s time to clarify that’s it’s not true …I’m not marrying anyone….he’s purely just a friend…And a wellwisher. I call him sir only.” (SIC)

On the work front, Nikesha is currently shooting for Teri Meherbaaniyaan 2, which is a sequel to the 1985 Hindi film Teri Meherbaniyan starring Jackie Shroff and Poonam Dhillon. The movie will be made in Telugu and Tamil.
