Nida “Tangmo” Patcharaveerapong’s death cause is revealed to be from a boat accident.
She fell from a speedboat on Thursday evening while her body was not found until Saturday.
The late Nida was among a group of six people on the speed boat on Thursday night, traveling from the Thon Buri Bridge towards Nonthaburi province.
She is believed to have fallen into the river from the rear of the boat at about 11 pm, per the ongoing reports.
Nida Patcharaveerapong Missing Body Of Thai Actress Found
Nida Patcharaveerapong’s body was found floating in the Chao Phraya River near the Pibul Songkhram 1 pier in Nonthaburi by her brother Dayos Detjob and a rescue team.
The search took more than 38 hours where Nida’s lifeless body was found around one kilometer away from where she had fallen from the speedboat.
Her family, boyfriend, and friends have paid funeral rites to the late actress.
meanwhile, further investigations into her death and the accident are still pending.
The speedboat’s owner, Tanupat Lerttaweewit, and another man named “Bert,” are likely to face a charge of using a speed boat with an expired license and causing a death.
However, any official charges against them have not been filed yet.
