Nick Kerr — Steve Kerr’s son and a former member of the Cal Golden Bears men’s basketball team — has been promoted to assistant video coordinator, after spending last season as a quality assurance assistant for the San Antonio Spurs. He was with the Warriors during the offseason and the summer leagues.
Nick attended Torrey Pines High School in San Diego, later he went to the University of San Diego and studied Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). After graduating in 2015, Nick got his Master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Public Health.
Nick was born and raised by his parents Steve Kerr and Margot Kerr in San Diego, California. Nick’s grandparents are Malcolm H. Kerr and Ann Zwicker Kerr. His father Steve married Margot Brennan, his college sweetheart, in 1990.
They have three children Nick, and Maddy along with Matthew. Steve is a keen soccer fan and an avid supporter of Liverpool F.C.
