On Tuesday, February 1, 2022, a college shooting resulted in the death of the dynamic college duo.
It refers to the college law enforcement officer John Painter and campus safety officer JJ Jefferson.
The culprit or the shooter was caught, detained, and kept in custody as per the reports by Virginia Police Department.
Police defined that the two men were the best buddies at the college and John Painter was also indexed or assigned the Best Man on JJ Jefferson,s marriage which was held last year.

Only officer John Painter had a firearm on duty while JJ Jefferson responded to the alert call unarmed.
They were shot by the 27 years old Alexander Wyatt Campbell who was said to be present at the wrong place at that time.
