After almost ten months after Mr. Mohammed Mukhtar’s death, Charlotte Dootson was arrested and pleaded guilty at a pretrial reviews hearing.

The final sentencing will be held on 24 May. Murder is a crime in England and Wales under common law.

It is the most severe type of homicide, in which one person intentionally kills another with the intent to cause death or injury.

Although it did not require malice or premeditation, the element of intentionality was initially called malice aforethought.

Therefore, Charlotte might receive the sentencing for the first-degree murder of Mr. Mukhtar, depending upon the pieces of evidence.

She might go to jail for life if she is found guilty on the hearing of 24 May in court.

There have not been many details on Ms. Dootson, and her relationship with the victim is still a matter of investigation.
