On Thursday’s broadcast of “The Ingraham Angle,” UKTN News’ Laura Ingraham met with Jo Rose, a lady who was detained Wednesday night at an Applebee’s restaurant in New York City, where she was protesting the Company’s vaccine mandate.

New York: Is Jo Rose Arrested?
Jo Rose, a.k.a. “Jo Speaks Truth,” and others were detained tonight after refusing to leave an Applebee’s in Queens, New York because they did not have evidence of vaccination.
Jo is a well-known NEW YORK FREEDOM RALLY (NYFR) activist known for leading people across the Brooklyn Bridge to Borough Hall and confronting mayor-elect Eric Adams.
The arrests at Applebee’s came after NYFR activists raided the Cheesecake Factory and Shake Shack.
This formally begins off what is sure to be a surge of civil disobedience in NYC in 2022 in response to vaccine-based segregation.

Defying Vax Mandate Incident: More about it on Twitter
NYFR activists were detained on Tuesday, December 14, for holding a sit-in at the Cheesecake Factory in Queens. The event and arrests drew much attention on social media, especially when @PatriotTakes on Twitter began tweeting about it.
The story was taken up in several places, with the assertion that the demonstrators were detained not because they refused to present proof of vaccination but because they were impolite and cut the line in front of other customers.
Tweets containing video from the sit-in and arrests were seen millions of times, causing “Cheesecake Factory” to trend on Twitter.
The next day, the Cheesecake Factory’s stock price dropped, and NYFR declared publicly that they would return to the sit-in the following evening at the exact location.

Jo Rose Age and Family Explored
Jo Rose is currently in her mid-20s. She was born in the Bronx as the daughter of Dominican Republic immigrants.
Rose has shared that she has not worked since October 1 due to coronavirus restrictions.
She feels like the vaccine mandate has taken away from freedom to work and describes she no longer feels free to be in the US.
Laura Ingraham, an American conservative television personality, Rose was questioned why she did not simply give in to “worried leftists” who think she should get vaccinated.
Rose replied by calling the Liberals “hypocritical” for declaring “black lives matter” and preaching racism, failing to support her as a black woman.
