- The Netherlands tourist visa is also known as the “Type C” Schengen visa. It enables tourists to visit the Netherlands for relaxation or pleasure.

- A Schengen Medical Treatment Visa allows Djiboutians to enter a Schengen-area country in order to receive medical treatment in a Schengen medical institution.
- You can only stay in the Schengen area (and receive the treatment) for up to 90 days with the Schengen medical treatment visa.
- Applicants coming to the Netherlands for medical treatment must apply for a residence permit. This application costs € 1033.
