Nate Berkus Plastic Surgery

Nate Berkus plastic surgery that inlcudes botox or fillers on his forehead, cheeks, and undereye areas.

With recent trends, many celebrities have admitted to using fillers and botox injections to remove lines and wrinkles. Fillers and botox are cosmetic treatments given through injections.

Both are minimally invasive and do not involve surgery. Botox uses purified bacteria that help freeze muscles while fillers use ingredients that add fullness to areas that have lost volume due to aging.

Talking about the difference, botox is used for addressing dynamic lines and wrinkles on the face by paralyzing the underlying muscles while fillers are used for addressing folds and volume loss on the face.

Although interior designer Berkus has not talked about using any of these cosmetic treatments, his facial features hint at using them.

He is 51 years old but looks as if he is somewhere in his 30s.

If your look closely at his present pictures, you will notice his increased cheek volume. Moreover, he has no visible fine lines, wrinkles, and saggy skin. Instead he flaunts his youthful appearance, smooth skin, and toned physique.

It could also be his personally-curated diet and exercise that has helped him achieve a more youthful appearance.

Berkus Talks About Oral Health And His Trademark Smile

The author previously talked about dentistry and oral health during an interview with Dear Doctor magazine.

He also opened up about his perfect trademark smile. He flaunts his all-natural smile and has never used orthodontics or cosmetic veneers, or worn braces.

The interior designer does give credit to his childhood dentist, Dr. William Wagnild, for the healthcare he received as a young boy. He said he was grateful for being given sealants and fluoride treatments as a child.

He added, “Healthy habits should start at a young age.” Berkus also shared that his dentist had given him crucial flossing advice which he still follows today. He says, “floss the ones you want to keep!”

Berkus maintains his radiant smile by brushing his teeth twice a day or sometimes even three times.

He did brighten his teeth once before but felt his teeth were too white. He then came in favor of his natural tooth color and smile.

On November 17, 2012, he took to his Instagram to share a picture of himself undergoing a teeth whitening procedure. He captioned the post, “My teeth better be whiter….” He did the procedure over a decade ago.

He follows a clean lifestyle and is very conscious about oral health. He takes good care of his teeth, gums, and whole oral-facial system.

When he lived near the water in NYV in 2010, he used to run along the river at least three days a week, so he needed shoes that looked great and had the right amount of support. “That’s why I love these classic New Balances,” he said.
