Naked Truth Of Angie Griffin – Age, Height, Boyfriend, Net Worth

Introduction

Social media stars are becoming more and more popular in recent years; if you happen to be a good-looking woman interested in costuming in popular video games and comic characters, you may find yourself to be gathering popularity rather quickly. Angie Griffin is one of the most famous cosplayers on YouTube, and she has the luck of working comfortably with the best colleague one can have – her husband. However, becoming a YouTuber wasn’t always her dream.

What did she aspire to become before this career? And how much money does she earn from her online career?

Early life and Education

Angela Marie Griffin was born on 16 May 1982, in Bakersfield, California USA. She spent most of her early years in California, with her family, and at first she attended a private high school, but was later homeschooled by her parents. She is a graduate, but the university she went to has never been disclosed.

Acting Career

Griffin’s acting debut was in 2009, a guest appearance in the TV series “The Rotten Tomatoes Show”, in which she portrayed a character credited as Film Badger Angie.

The character became a regular in the whole 2009 season of the Talk-Show called “Movie Mob”, and she even produced three episodes of the show. The next year, she could be seen in the horror movie “Bloodwood Cannibals”, and then she appeared in “Famous”, a short movie from 2011, in which she portrayed the role of Caroline.

In 2013, Griffin was a publicist of “Zombie Ed”, a horror-comedy about a guy who is considered “a loser”, who one day wakes up as a zombie.

Career on YouTube

Griffin first became active on YouTube – the social media site for posting video content – on 11th January 2010, when she opened her first channel, “Screen Team”, a collaboration with her husband, Chad Nikolaus. Her first video was uploaded on 18th March 2010 under the name “IMMA BE PARODY”, but she didn’t receive much recognition until 2012, when she uploaded the “Amazing Spiderman Song”, which eventually attracted over 100 million views. She kept the tradition she started in the “Spiderman song” in her future uploads, which means her channel is focused on comical, geeky content.

Her love of comic books and video games has brought her a huge and loyal fan base – as of April 2020, the channel has more than 1.34 million followers. Some of her more popular clips include “Avengers Age of Ultron Song Parody”, “Pokemon Parody Featuring Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry”, “SMASH – Super Smash Bros in Real Life” and “Sonic and Parker Paradox”. She is also known for her “Star Wars” video parody of the “Call Me Maybe” song by Carly Rae Jepsen, which she named “Join Me, Maybe” while singing in a Darth Vader costume.

Several years after starting “Screen Team”, Griffin opened up her own YouTube channel which is more personal than the one she shares with her husband, and she frequently posts content that is related to her favorite video games and films, but also her cosplay endeavors. The channel has over 45,000 followers, although she isn’t so active on it, but as the profile is rather new she promised to post more videos on it over time.

Personal Life

Griffin started dating Chad Nikolaus in 2006, and after a long and loving relationship the couple tied the knot, although the date and location of the wedding have been kept a secret.

The couple is living and working together, and is considered to be one of the richest and most successful of YouTube’s business couples.

The couple has two daughters, Tallulah and Mellissa, whose dates of birth have been kept a secret – but she often posts pictures of them.

Apart from YouTube, Griffin is active on her Instagram account, on which she usually posts her cosplay photos. As of April 2020, she did a cosplay of many popular characters, including Mistress Morphine, Arya Stark and Jessica Rabbit.

She earns a nice amount of money from it, as she has gathered more than 135,000 followers, and her posts collect thousands of likes. She is also active on Twitter, which has over 45,000 followers.

Griffin and Nikolaus are regular guests on many game cons, and have even recorded several rather popular videos while on these game events.

Angie Griffin is often confused with Angela Mellissa Griffin, an English television presenter and actress, due to the similarities in their names. However, they are not connected in any way.

Angela Mellissa Griffin was born six years before Angie Griffin and currently resides in Canada, despite being born in Leeds, UK.
