We are a group of two couples with one child each and we went to Pauri via Lansdowne in the middle of June, the hottest period in summers.
Lansdowne was quite hot in the day and even in the night, there was not much respite.
Also it did not help that forest fires were raging all over Garhwal making it difficult to view the peaks.
