New South Wales Member Of Parliament Gareth Ward gets charged over historical sexual abuse of a man and a teenage boy.
Australian Gareth James Ward is an NSW-based politician. He was the NSW Minister for Families, Communities, and Disability Services from 2019 to 2021.
Ward is also a member of the NSW Legislative Assembly representing Kiama, a coastal town south of Sydney, since 2011.

Gareth Ward was arrested and charged with three counts of indecency assault and abuse.
Further, He is also facing charges of sexual intercourse without consent and common assault on one count each.
According to reports, Detectives allege MP Gareth of assaulting a 17-year-old boy at Meroo Meadow in February 2013. They also accuse him of sexually abusing a 27-year-old man in September 2015 in Sydney.
Mr. Ward was granted conditional bail for the time being, but he is scheduled to appear in Port Kembla Court in May.
The 40-year-old MP issued a statement in which he declared his innocence of the charges. He also stated that he will instruct his lawyers to file this case in court as soon as possible.
