Movies Wood is a piracy website where you can download Indian movies for free. The website releases almost every movie before it is even released in the theatre.
There are different genres of movies on the site, from horror, fantasy, to thrillers and adventure. Aside from Bollywood movies, there are available on the site Hollywood movies too.
Movies Wood provides HD versions and high-quality versions of the newly released films to visitors of the site. Their print qualities range from 360p to 720p.
The site has also leaked movies with languages like Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and English movies that are dubbed in Hindi. It is also one of the first piracy websites that offer Marathi movies.
Movies Wood began as a small website that was used to upload recent top-rated movies in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages. Then it recorded a significant hike in the number of users on the site.
This helped the site to expand and become as famous as it is today. Because it has been pirating movies, it has cost the movie industry a lot of money. So the government has intervened by blocking the site several times. However, the URL of the website has still proven active with a little tweaking of the URL.
