CSR

Mohammed Muigai encourages staff to participate in Legal Aid particularly in Succession, Family and Criminal matters. Through our Legal Aid program, we not only assist individuals demand their rights, we cultivate an atmosphere of hope and belonging for members of our community who are less fortunate or those that are unable to voice and fight for their rights.

Mohammed Muigai also recognizes the importance of the well-being of employees as well as the local community we seek to serve. In order to achieve this confluence, our corporate social responsibility is also directed towards sporting activities. Through the Mohammed Muigai football team, we participate in various charitable and community tournaments such as Uwazi cup (runner up-2012), the Justice cup (winner-2012 & 2010, runner up-2011), Impala 6-aside football tourney (winner-2011) and Left foot sports football league (winner Division 2-2011). In the year 2012 we sponsored the Left Foot sports football League; this is a multi-cultural amateur league that brings together people of various backgrounds for a game of football on the weekends. Through this medium, members of staff get to interact with the community in a convivial atmosphere and offer advice on legal issues.

Mohammed Muigai seeks talented and focused people to join our team. Our first-class training programme accommodates selected university students and graduates who join us as legal interns, as well as students who have completed their studies at the Kenya School of Law, who join us as pupils.

We accept legal interns according to availability of space, while applications for pupillage should be received by June of the year preceding the applicant’s commencement of pupillage. Vacancies for other positions are published by notice on our website.
