MLF Fishing: Did Aaron Martens Pass Away? Death Cause Explained
Aaron Martens, one of the most successful professional bass fishermen of all time, has passed.
He has been listed as dead due to brain tumor complications called glioblastoma.
It is a fast-growing central nervous system tumor that forms the glial, this affects the brain more frequently than the spinal cord and is more common in adulthood.
Whereas the glial is a tissue of the brain and spinal cord, since April 2020, he has been fighting with it.
He had completed his first brain surgery on April 6, 2020, when the first seizure symptoms development was seen later after removing the tumor.
The first tumor was located on his brain’s frontal lobe, while the second was deep-rooted, which needed to be removed by a second surgery.
On April 26, 2020, the second surgery proceeded, but no radiation was applied to treat the tumor; after the heavy tumor cell removal process, he could talk only after 48 hours.
His struggle did not last here; in September 2021, he was re-admitted to the hospital because his cancer was back and his health vitals were declining, but unfortunately, he lost the life battle.
His life battle was a total of 19 months.
