The movie is about two strangers who are traveling on the same airline. Evie Jones is on the airline to deliver a prosthetic nose she has with her.
Meanwhile, Jake Weber is carrying his friend’s wedding ring. Both get on the airplane and are beside each other.
But they both carry a duffle bag of the same color and size, so their bags get confused by an air hostage who changes their bag location.
While they are on the airplane, they have a conversation. They are so immersed in talking that they don’t realize when the plane arrives at their destination.
In a hurry, Evie picks a bag that is not hers, and Jake takes Evie’s bag.
Only after reaching their destination do they know about their mistakes. Now, both of them try to find their bag.
In search for their bag, they find the missing bag and something more than that.

Leanne Lapp as Evie Jones
Leanne Lapp is a Canadian actress who was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. She always had an interest in acting from a very young age.
Her interest only increased when she saw actress Shirley Temple’s movies.
When she was in high school, she joined the improv team. She later competed in the Canadian Improv competition with other schools.
She joined Circle in the Square Theatre School and trained at Groundlings School.
The actress started her acting in 2008 in minor roles. Her most well-known is iZombie, where she played the role of Gilda and Rita.

Spencer Lord as Jake Weber
Spencer Lord is a Canadian actor from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The actor’s first movie was Elusion, a short movie made in 2017.
Later the actor starred in the movies and series such as Riverdale, A Honeymoon to Remember, Fishing for Love, The Good Doctor, and Family Law. He is currently associated with RED Talent Management.

Mixed Baggage Filming and Plot Summary
Mixed Baggage was filmed in the beautiful city of Vancouver in Canada. Many of the cast members in the movie are Canadians.
The movie premiered on Sunday, February 12, at 8 pm on City TV in Canada. It will premiere on Sunday, February 19, at 7 pm ET and Sunday, February 26 at 3 pm ET.
The movie is about two strangers who begin to like each other while talking on the plane going toward their destination.
They are so engrossed in talking that Evie doesn’t even realize that her bag has been misplaced by the air hostess.
While coming out of the plane, Evie rushes to get out when she mistakenly takes Jake’s bag away.
Only after reaching her friend’s house she realizes that. Now to get her, she meets with him, which will create the closeness they felt on the flight.
Mixed Baggage Trailer Break Down
In the trailer, Evie is talking about happy endings with Jake. Then she gives her napkin paper for something to write.
Later, Jake is seen packing the duffle bag with Raymond’s wedding ring. He also provides confirmation to Raymond that the wedding ring is safe with him.
On the other hand, Barbara makes Evie remember that the prosthetic nose is essential to be brought.
Otherwise, she will face severe consequences. Likewise, Evie confirms that the nose is safe with her.
In the plane, their bags are mixed up by an air hostess. Both Raymond and Barbara are starting to get worried. Evie is also starting to freak out. While checking the bag, she finds a wedding ring.
Barbara is talking with Jake and she realizes that he is the one besides Evie. So, she asks him if is he married.
Before opening the bag, Evie also talks about the interesting person she had met on the plane.
Jake to tells his friend Raymond that he met a fantastic girl on the flight and how he talked with each the entire flight.
Both set out to find each other, and while finding the lost item, they also find each other.
